I'm not sure how accurate it will be once the time comes but Saturday is showing a high of 53 and a low of 37 on my weather app...I'll be out there!
Talking rain for me Saturday on my opener! Not too happy about that but as long as it isn't torrential I will be out!!

Harvest finally caught up to us here so I've been busy with that. Looks like the weather is going to be cruddy the next few days so hopefully I can sneak a few hunts in later this week and weekend. Great to see us on the board with the doe. Congrats !! Tim
Nice job gettin us on the board illi. IN opened yesterday and it was a hot one. Sat in my hay bale blind in shorts and tee. Lol. Ended up seeing 6 does (not shots) and 2 young 100 inch 8's. Gonna be even warmer today but with cool front comin in tomm hopefully they move more.
High of 47° with 30-35 mph winds gusting to 45mph tomorrow. Going to feel like winter here minus the snow (I hope!). Vikings play tonight so hopefully make it out for a long sit Sunday.
My season opens Saturday and I am looking at a 70% chance of rain!! Ugghhhhh!!! Hopefully they are wrong or it is just a shower or two. I hate sitting in the pouring rain. The wind direction looks like it will be perfect for my morning sit on Saturday!
I am looking forward to getting out after work and sitting over one of my food plots. I got one decent shooter on camera that I will shoot if he walks by. Otherwise I am hunting with slick heads to put some more meat in the freezer.

Well my morning opener sit is in the books!! Was in the tree and settled for the morning at 0600. Saw a small doe at first light and felt pretty good but at 0700 the skies opened up and the rain let loose!! I spent the next two hours sitting in the pouring rain and never saw anything else. I got down and headed home!! Going to make some breakfast and hang out with the family. The rain should be out of here mid day so the evening should be better!!
French I have been sitting out religiously. Still waiting to see my first buck from the stand. Been seeing only slick heads. I pulled one of my cards yesterday evening and was thrilled with the pic I got. Definitely on my hit list!
