    I think I might rattle a little as well tonight. I get to hunt maybe once a week so need to make my time count. Just got settled in a tree. We will see what happens!

    I seem to keep coming up a day late. Last Friday I hunted and had deer on my trail camera in front of my stand last Thursday. Hunted tonight and saw nothing. Pulled cards and had deer on trail camera yesterday evening. All does but I’m trying to fill the freezer. I guess I need to figure out a way to get out Thursday

    That's rough! I have played cat and mouse so many time I can't remember it all. I stopped running cameras this year, just hunting off sign. I only have 1 out and just so happened I hunted by it tonight. It payed off because I checked it on the way in and it showed does in there that day and the day before. The only reason I hunted that spot tonight.

    The farmer is supposed to combine the standing beans I’ve been hunting over tomorrow, time to change up my approach. Going out in the morning for waterfowl and if the rain holds out in the evening I’ll be in the stand

    Saw 9 females last night. Probably should have shot one but had daylight pics of a buck so I was waiting for him. I’ll get a doe down soon boys!

    Alright guys I got the doe posted up on the score card. Now I just need to find a good buck. I have had 2 very close encounters with mature bucks, just need to do my part.

    Driving home from work and saw decent 8 point chasing 2 does, seeing a lot more dead deer on the side of the road too.. things are starting to heat up over here
