I've scored a bunch of deer but made a stupid mistake, when he asked me about g5s I was like wtf did I do... stupid honest mistake
Yep. Just gotta tweak the score and all will be well. I was out Wed-Friday but took Saturday/Sunday off. 2-4 inches of rain expected the next 3 days but Thursday looks beautiful.
Just edit the post with the score to reflect the correction and all will be well. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
Ok I'll get it done. Anyone hunting this evening? My wife is heading out, and I'll be out with my 11 year old

Working tonight, finally got a buck on cam again tonight. Thoughts? I think he's one of those 8 points I had earlier. PS I freaking love this new Spartan Cam. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
Excited, first pics I've had of this deer since early September. Put up a stand where I've seen them hanging out. Now if I can just get him there in the daylight.... Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
Been hunting a different stand, and it's been cold here for the last 2 weeks. Cant get out over the weekend anyways, think I'll try it next week tho. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
Hey guys, only been out once so far this season seen 20 deer all together 6 bucks all under 2 1/2. Pretty cool sit though most deer I've ever seen during a hunt on this property. Going out tonight, had a cold front blow in yesterday so hoping to have a similar sit tonight but with a potential shooter hopefully.
Had one of my most unforgettable hunts in a while last night. Weather was perfect... get to my stand and see that the neighbor set up a ladder stand about 30 yards away from me on the major trail coming out of their woods (I hunt our bean field which borders the neighbors woods). I think no big deal deer still work the edge of the field and not inside the woods. As soon as I sit down sure enough 2 groups of does and fawns filter into the neighbors bean field about 150 yards across from me. They generally make their way along the wood line to our bean field. This is where things start going down hill.... The neighbor that is set up next to me starts rattling and grunting. The deer are immediately on high alert and clear the field right away. I get discouraged and get out of my stand and decide to hunt from the ground in a different spot on the property. Not a good idea. As I’m walking to the spot deer in the woods must have winded me and start blowing. I keep going. Set up in the corn field where I was last week with a terrible wind and get blown at again. I should have just went in once I got down. Now I have a question... where would you guys hunt this property with any kind of north wind? Would be nice to get some opinions. I would try to get on the west side of that southern point, or maybe in that southern bowl. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
Hey guys sorry I’ve been absent for a few weeks. Been pretty busy unfortunately. Last week I went salmon fishing for 6 or so days, but I’m finally in the stand. I bumped some deer on my walk in right under my stand at 6:30 and finally saw my first deer at 8:15. Big doe that was about 70 yards out and came in to about 35 yards. It made a right turn and from then I lost her. I’m hoping she’s just eating in the field and I can’t see her. I’m between her and the bedding area so I’m hopeful I’ll see her again Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
This is why I read this site, other hunters, my guess top center edge of that field Sent from my iPad using Bowhunting.com Forums
