The last deer I’ve shot (bow or rifle) was 5 years ago and that’s my 120” I have on the wall. We have been a one deer only state for all seasons since then so I haven’t taken any does. My goal is to shoot at least an 8pt. It doesn’t even have to be big. I just want an 8 or above with my bow. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
My personal goal here in my home state is anything mature or makes me grab my bow. My buck I shot yesterday was 142, last years bucks 188 and 126. Its all about what gets my blood pumping

Last year I struggled with all young bucks and never did see anything older than 2.5 years old. My last buck from the prior season was an old brute, didn't score too well - was a 112" deer, but one I'm certainly proud of being 6 years old. When one comes in and gets my blood flowing and everything works out picture perfect, I grab the bow!
