I'd recheck the measurements and the math and go with however it comes out. If it's wrong, someone will see the error and point it out anyway.
Damn...I just couldn't quite get it done tonight fellas. Had a big 8 point out in a rye/pea field this evening and thought it was going to graze it's way within range but a big old doe with a fawn came out, saw me and though I didn't move...she just didn't like what she saw and spooked. She trotted over to the edge of the field and then walked on out and the rest of the deer went with her. Most of them came back just at dark but the big 8 wasn't with them. He was a dandy.
Well..I had a blind set up with a wireless camera facing it and my blind has now disappeared. On 12/4 early in the morning I had a deer walk by the cam and my blind was there sitting in the food plot. At 6pm the snow started falling at our property and I couldn't tell if the blind was there. Yesterday morning I had a daylight photo and I couldn't tell if it had fallen on the ground or not...I'm hoping it is laying there tomorrow when I go to check on the place, will be a bummer if it's stolen.
Ended up finding my blind about 30 yards outside of the camera's view when I went to look for it. Food plot was hammered a few weeks ago making my plot a ghost town this past week. Probably won't make it back out this year as we have 4 days left in our season. Had a good time and learned a lot from you guys!
