You have any snow on the ground in Kansas? Just curious ! If so, do they get much there?

Now if only I can get Pat or Tom to get me a quote on 6 new Covert's to continue my search for new bucks for my hit list for 2014.

We have had 4 good snows this year meaning it covered the grass and then some. Everything drifts so bad here. It is possible that some roads become impassable with just a few inches of snow. Meaning you could see drifts easily 2 to 3 ft. We have had snow on the ground for quite while which is kind of unusual. It's usually gone within a week. They are calling for more snow today and tomorrow morning. Temps Sunday are 15 / -12 with a 20 MPH wind. I know that doesn't sound all that bad from where your at! I'll trade you some more snow and cold air for the triple digits we see as early as June. :)

Good luck with Tom and Pat! I am going to hold off on TC purchases until after the ATA show to see what's new for 2014. I would like to purchase 6 more as well!

I need to stock up on more cams, I plan on putting some out this winter to see whats going on. This summer I`ll have the woods littered with them! Can I get a deal on them somewhere?

You can try MonsterRaxx (Tom Lester) or gutone4me (Pat Howard) on here if you are looking at Coverts. I know when people use to ask Pat he would just send them to Tom. Not sure if that is still true or not. You may also want to shop the internet as you may be able to find better pricing.

I'd wait til the end of the month or February for the best deals. Closeouts will be here soon to make room for the 2014 cams. Wing Supply always has some of the best deals around.

Rocky, Tom and Pat are probably booked up with ATA show next week.

Heck, I know Covert has two new cams coming out worth checking out. Haven't heard much out of the other manufactures other than Moultrie coming out with a black flash version of the Panoramic.

All year long is the only way to go in my opinion. You never know what will walk in front of them plus it's cool to watch them bucks grow from early spring throughout the summer.

Yea, I need to get out and set my cams back up. Who knows, maybe it will help me find some sheds.

So any of u covert guys use the bushnell trophy cams before? I'm just curious what makes them better. Picked up two trophy cams this summer and have been really impressed.

I'm looking to add a few cams this offseason as well. Probably give covert a shot.

I like the Bushnell. One of the reason I go with Covert is I know if I have a problem I will be taken care of swiftly. If not, I can call them out on this forum and I know it will be resolved. :p That really doesn't work with any other camera manufacturer.

Hahaha good point. Yeah usually takes a little bit to get a camera fixed if you have to send it in. Sucks being down cameras to, lucky only was down one camera this year. Creek decided to raise up about 4ft and the camera was taking pictures of water. It seems no matter how many cameras you have it's never enough.

My choice was down to being a Covert head or a Bushnell head. I think they're neck and neck but like Heck said, excellent CS.

Here is how I set up my cases in the event it intrigues you. It's not to scale because this was setup for a different camera but you get the idea.

I wish that's all I spent on trail camming last year.

The camera itself is just the start, the accessories are killers.
