I had the same thing a month ago with the feet. I have two trail cams in the back yard and checked them in sandals, they aggravated me for a good week. Get well soon Heck.

I'm pulling all the sd cards today. Hopefully I'll have them all downloaded by tonight.

I counted over 50 bits on my left foot alone. Can't believe these things are one of gods creatures!

We don't have chiggers in the Texas Panhandle. They do in most of the state, but not here.

4 more weeks for me. I have most everything done and gonna lay low. Based on trail cams, I have a good crop of 120-140" bucks, but nothing above so far, scattered on 4 different properties.

Well couldn't find any fields worth hunting for geese but did find a wheat field loaded with pigeons. It ended pretty well for us! Shot until we ran out of shells and ended up with 55.

    Bad Luck
Team is having a string, I believe of bad luck, I was out pruning my mountain Ash tree and from 2 feet tried to step down from the crocth of the tree to the ground and my foot that was in the crotch didn't let go and I twisted my knee also giving my thigh a charlie horse up high. Could barely walk yesterday and today I'm limping pretty good. I'm staying out for the week but may venture out for an evening hunt sometime this week before it's over with. Hopefully my knee alows me to get back out before weeks end. Still waiting for the bruising to show up. Man I need to get in where Double Dx4 lives & see if he made the winter.
    Hope everyone get's well soon.

Nice pics. Havent been doing anything but looking forward to elk hunting. Leaving Thursday.

Had best group I've had yet at 80 yards practicing today. Really tightens up groups on shorter ranges.

Best of luck on your elk trip, just being in the mountains does it for me. Getting your neck hairs to stand up when a bull Elk bugles from with in 40 yards is awesome. Now putting one on the ground is a bonus. Enjoy your trip bud. I got out tonight to notice my TC was twisted up from where I had it. This is who dd it
http://[IMG] .Dang 2 calfs and a Cow moose The calfs were rubbing their back on it,LMAO. Heard lots of talking tonight but never saw a dang thing, was way to hot for me but just right for the mesquitoes. Supposed to be hot all week too ,so maybe I'll get back out on the weekendwhen it cools down abit

I was actually thinking about how tender the young moose would be. Never had moose, but I assume it would be good and plenty of meat like you said. Those creatures are huge.

Heck- I have never even heard or chiggers until this web site, so glad we dont have them they sounds like a pain in the a$$.
Art- those are some good looking bucks
Great white- nice shooting looks like a blast

Well my goose hunting didnt go as planned yesterday morning. Seen a bunch but around 8:30 somone decided to come out fishing. Had 2 differnt groups and a loner locking up dipping a diving coming in then they would hit the edge of the lake see the guy fishing and turn off. Was able to get out to the farm yesterday to move some cameras around and set up a few mock scrapes. Checked the cameras and everyone showed up besides Trunk and a additonal 2 new bucks.
