Any luck out there? Less than two weeks until I will be out in the woods for early doe. Sept 20th can't come fast enough!
What did you plant in your food plot? Have you gotten no rain? Did you fertilize and lime? Good Luck to those already started. 22 more days here in Illinois. We just got about 10 more stands to go until we are finished, food plots look great and the deer are around.
I saw a few does with fawns and a couple small bucks this weekend. Nothing worth putting down. And I planted the throw and grow extreme in this little plot. We have had lots of rain here. It looks like someone found it and sprayed it. It was green and growing one week and the next was brown laid over and dead.
How is everyone doing.. been busy and havent been on in a while. Still counting down the days for me!!
Just have to wait till Saturday and I cannot wait... With any luck if my #1 hit list deer will stay on his pattern I should have a decent chance especially with the cold front coming through Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
** Crickets ** Everyone must be busy getting ready to knock down a monster once the season opens! Anyone already out or going out this weekend?
My season doesn't start until Monday but I'm not going on my first hunt until a week from tomorrow - Sept. 20th. Hopefully I can make something happen then.
Season starts Oct 1st for me, been busy doing final lane trimming and making sure stands are ready and been shooting a lot making sure the anarchy is ready to go! I'm pumped and ready for season.
