I am out of commission for awhile, I was cutting down trees for a new road to a new food plot I am putting in and cut a tree that had a large broken limb in it from the spring storm, when I cut it the limb come down and hit my right knee cap, fractured the knee cap and tore all the ligaments on the inside of my knee..Down but not out!!!!!Good Luck to everyone else on the team........

Opel, that's unreal! I feel bad for you. That sounds like the kind of luck I would have as far as the timing goes. Get well soon!

Are you kidding me??? That's terrible, sounds like a season ending injury before it even gets started. My heart goes out to you bud. Get well asap but don't push it. Sit in a ground blind and hunt with someone so they can do all the work should you connect. Get well soon.

It just keep getting better, Jenna said she wont be able to do the avatar, she lost most of her photo software when her computer crashed, so we need to start looking for someone else who can make one, Captain Dan, its your turn...

I got another picture of that goofy buck. The left side is pretty nice.

A few of you know already, but I found a fresh scrape today. I have never seen scrape activity this early in the season so it was quite a shock. I set one of my cameras on it to do some investigating for me and I'll go check it out thursday probably and will give my prognosis then

Dad said he saw two dandy bucks the other night on the same field the scrape is on, so hopefully it's one, or both, of them doing the dirty work. He said one was 18 wide and one maybe a little more... buuuut we'll wait til I see 'em to get a good judge on that... they always look bigger running away
