Team 23- RAXX Pack

I'll do my best to put down some bone this weekend in WI. My buddy and I have our eyes on a couple shooters that we had encounters with last weekend.... if either one goes down, it'll be 140+ points for Team 23!
I think the timing will be perfect in our area, last weekend we had the 1-2.5 year old bucks bumping does, this weekend I'm thinking it'll be the big boys turn.

 

I forgot to tell you all that last weekend while shinning I witnessed a buck breeding a doe in a ag field! Pretty Sweet!!!

Always sucks to drive by your best woods on the way to work and see a big doe walking in right at daybreak. What makes it worse is driving by the flag right down the road that is blowing with the perfect wind for the best treestand in that woods!!!
I'll once again be sitting where ever the wind brings me tonight.

I have my Covert Special Ops sending me pictures on the hour every hour for the past three days! Couple nice bucks on it all last night and already early this morning!

 

No studs but 'awesome' nonetheless!

 

Yesterday I picked up my deer meat at the butchers shop and drop some meat off at the property owner, he doesnt hunt anymore but like s venison. He just built a house up on the hill and he told me that he had 4 / 5 bucks chasing a doe or two in the field. He said the big 8 pt was one of the bucks chasing. There is a giant oak tree that I have been thinking of getting into that over looks this field of golden rod, with a patch of trees in a section of it fairly close to this big oak tree. I will have a tree stand in next year. Anyone want to come to PA. I will get one in it now if you do.

On a second note, I sent legenardyme a message. He was on the site on 11/4/13 at around noon.

 

My hunting is going to be pretty limited until I go on vacation the 16th. I wanted to go this morning, but the warm bed seemed like a better idea. I can only hunt mornings during the week for about an hour, and if I shoot one, it has to lay there all day until I get off at 5pm. Not ideal circumstances IMO. This weekend we are doing some family stuff and sighting in shotguns for the upcoming gun season. Not sure how much I'll get out, but I'll definately be hunting Monday on Veterans Day. Good luck fellas, I think a few more deer on the ground and we will be sitting pretty.
