Looks like i need to get my doe early on, i'll be taking my son CJ out archery hunting this year. first time for archery season for him, he is 13 tomorrow. (9/12). but he has football now so come November he will be with me in the afternoons

I cant wait for him to come out with me!!!!!!!!

 

There is nothing like watching your kids shoot their first deer Good luck to the both of you.

15 days 15 Hours and some change and the alarm will be telling me its time to get out of bed for opening morning. Oh how can someone look foreward to a sleepless night so much?

 

I dont sleep much either on the night before opening day. It like Christmas morning for me

 

Hope to start opening weekend in WI with 50 points. I'll be in stand tomorrow morning, hope to fill the freezer!

 

How many of you are able to use the app 'GroupMe' on your phones? Last year my teammates and I used this to communicate throughout the season. It was cool to shoot texts while in stand, it kept everybody updated and active with the rest of the team and made things exciting when you knew others were hunting too.
I'd be willing to setup a group and add anyone who wants to participate. Good times.

What a way to start the WI opener!!!!! Had a shooter at 25 yards (no shot). 9 deer total 3 bucks.

 

Deer are pounding the burr oaks in this area of WI.
