This has my vote unless someone can come up with something better. But I think this is real good.

So who, other than Neal, has a target buck this year? Let's see pictures if you have one.

I just put out cameras in the last couple weeks so I don't have any pictures yet, hoping to have some next weekend. I'm hearing about a couple of "big" bucks from my dad on my property. Won't know about the other property until we pull cards on our first hunt. Unfortunately I found a dead doe on my place when I went to set cameras, sounds like blue tongue has hit in eastern NE so I guess we'll see what we have left once the season starts.

I don't have pictures saved of the bucks I hope to kill. But I know what they look like. I lost some pictures when I deleted an sd card and thought I transferred the pics but can't find them now. The neighbor showed me some pictures of some great bucks as well. Ill know the buck when I see him in person. I have a respectable 8 pointer hanging around alot. Id shoot him if I see him even if it won't blow anyone's door off.

I am hunting a new piece of land this year that is about 50 acres. I am still trying to find out what kind of deer are on the property. Because of the terrain I am unable to do any glassing so I have to rely mainly on trailcams. Also, I am not allowed to put out any mineral sites per the landowners request so it has been a little harder to get good pictures. Below are a few of the better deer I have seen so far.

I thought id add these couple of pictures too. They wont count for the contest because these are on the land im gun hunting way up in Manitoba this year but there still studs. Looks like I may be hunting from the comfort of the cabin! :)

Good stuff Junkie. I'd just sit and watch the Packer and Badger game with the window open and a bow on my lap.

lol, pretty sure we wont get any channels up there. it will probably be about -20 degrees when Im there and covered in snow, perfect conditions for a Packer game though!

I just couldnt believe the growth these guys had in late June and early July! They must be having a good year up in Canada.

So who's season starts first? Is September 15th the earliest anyone can hunt?
