I can't believe it but I just found the buck I shot earlier this year. Not sure what to do. I'm going to tag him cause I shot him but not sure they will count him on the site, not that it matters. I'm pumped!

Well he taped out at 131 5/8". What do you guys think should I post him or not? I guess I don't know if there is a rule about recovery, I could see it both ways. Give me some opinions.
I would message fitz its documented in this thread that you shot a buck see what he say but I would count it

Im still at it, Ive gotten 2 more does since I was last on here. This doe we lost but was found 2 weeks later in the creek and I tagged her, just a photo of the blood trail before it petered out and the three of us lost the trail. Then this doe I killed a few mornings ago with a small buck I nick named Stalker checking her out. Then I miss judged the yardage on a Big 8 and got nothing buck brisket hair and some blood on, and the blood petered out quickly. The big guys are starting to chase and becoming more visable around here.
Just realized I forgot the score sheet at home, have to post him over the weekend. I'm going to go down and deliver some thank you gifts to property owners today instead of deer hunting and do some turkey hunting this evening. How much do you want to bet I see a bruiser this evening. Good hunting everyone!

He is posted but after further review I was off by an inch, entered at 130 5/8". The rut is finally kicking here, the bucks were running does all over the place tonight.

Well after watching 3 bucks chasing a hot doe this morning I have a nice red arrow after one of them made the mistake of coming to close to me
Shot him at 20 yards and he went 15 yards twitching his tail, Wobbled a bit and then just fell over dead, he dropped 27 yards from me and I watched expire from my stand. Ill get ya all the full story later when I have more time, it was pretty exciting in my neck of the woods this morning.
