Shot an 11 pionter.... About an hr ago just got to the truck going to wait a bit. Wish me luck guys really going to need it, I think the shot was further back than I wanted.
Good luck! I on the other hand struck out. The orange army takes over in the morning, I typically don't hunt much after rifle. Looks like I'm skunked again this year.
Found him this morning around 7, trying to load pics but I can't get them to and all I have is my phone. Ended up being a 12 don't have measurements yet.
Thanks! Since he sat over night and was in the water and it being in the teens last night he was pretty stiff plus I wasn't thinking to clearly or I would have taken better pictures.
Thanks guys, I got him put in the score thread. I scored him at 136 3/8, and I think it's pretty accurate but it was my first time. Here is a better pic let me know what you guys think?
Mine is way below average. My #1 spot is blown due to ranch clean up. Cutting and clearing. I am going to Az in Jan for spot and stalk Muley hunting. I can't wait. I will be stalking 5-8 big deer a day for 6 days. should be able to get it done.
Im gonna try and not be too picky. But you know how ya get when you have too many options. Im going with the old saying, Don't pass up on the first day what you wouldn't pass up on the last day. But maybe I will change it to the 3rd day instead of the 1st day.
