Thanks Jeff! The weather is definitely cooperating here. We got light rain this morning till about mid morning then supposed to taper off and be a little breezy and then we got a big cold front coming through tomorrow. Hopefully something is going to die this morning. If not it will have to wait to next week
BJE80 Wow I'd be in heaven at a cabin by myself for a week,just think of the peacefulness you'll have and get to enjoy, no traffic to listen to no cursing at the guy who just cut you off! Your a lucky guy,best of luck to you laying the smack down. I start tomorrow ,wonder how many full day sits I can do before that magic 30 second window will happen. Me To... No so big though, ground shrinkage. I got a doe down at 23 yds from my tree this morning then a little later this 9 point came in to 33 yds , scraping and eating acorns, sorry he wasnt bigger for more points for the team, but he was nice and healthy Ill get him scored tomorrow or monday. Gotta go work now.
Day 1 complete. Had this spike come to 10 yards this morning. I don't think we are that desperate for points.
