Couldnt tell. Never found the arrow. Looked like the shot may have went high. Sent from my SM-G892A using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
No luck boys. The buck was seen by a neighbor this morning with a clotted wound above his shoulder. Glad to know he is alive and not dead somewhere. Sorry to say no points for me yet. I will be back out Tuesday to get even with him. Sent from my SM-G892A using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Man that stinks. I am out this morning just not for me. It’s youth gun season so I brought my brother in law out. I hope I can get him his first deer. Hillview Hunt Club
Sucks Kody, like mentioned, I’ve hit no mans land a few times and it’s a huge bummer, lost my 156” that ended up hit by a car to a no mans land shot. Stick with it. I saw that buck 2-3 times after I hit him. They don’t “leave” just lay low for a few days to recover. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Any one out lately? I brought my brother in law out for youth gun season so wasn’t hunting for my self but we seen lots of deer he ended up shooting his first deer ever. A little button buck but he sure was excited! Hillview Hunt Club
Had this buck at 80 yards last night, he was moving through checking does. Didn’t hang around long. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

In starting to pack up I will be hitting the road heading west Friday night and driving though. Gonna see what’s going on in Illinois. I can’t wait. Barely can concentrate at work I’m just thinking about deer instead. Hillview Hunt Club
I know how you feel!! Weather looks great here in the coming weeks, temperatures are dropping and should be steady. Daytime highs in 40’s, nights hovering around freezing. I work through Saturday morning then I’m off for 9 days. I’ll probably sneak in a couple extra. Illinois Outdoorsman
I hunted Sunday, Had a little fork come by as I was breaking everything down at dark, big body. Coming in to my favorite 2 weeks of the year and I can hardly wait. Illinois Outdoorsman
Alright, guys...time to step up our game (says the guy who hasn't shot anything yet)! The next couple of weeks should be great hunting. Good luck, everyone! Stay safe...enjoy God's beautiful Creation...and let's put some deer on the ground!!
Well boys! After blowing a brake line this weekend my 32 days was supposed to start yesterday but I didn't make it to the cabin until 1030pm. Day one was today, started slow with not seeing anything this morning to some heated action tonight. I thought my season was over. Had a little fork running a huge doe hard. She was panting mouth open and stopped at 10 yards right under me. Didn't shoot because the best is yet to come. Then 10 mins later I had another huge doe getting worked by a nice shooter (for me at least) probably 130 8pt. Again the doe stopped right under me and he wasn't far behind. He stopped 5 steps shy on my lane. All I needed was 5 more steps. She took off and headed back down the Bluff and he turned and followed. All in the last 30 mins of light! Can't complain for day 1 of 31! Things are heating up in Sw Wisconsin! Let's go!!
Rattled in 2 big bucks tonight. Wouldnt come the final distance. This cold front tonight might be what I need! Hitting the same stand tomorrow morning. I have a good feeling about it. Both bucks were 150+. Man I love this time of year! Sent from my SM-G892A using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
