It's been slow as hell here in Wisconsin for gun season so I went to a spot that really doesn't need the gun and dropped her. 30 yard shot a little far back but clipped the dorsal aorta and heard her crash at 100 yards. 7 came in 6 ran away! Only deer I've seen in the last 4 days of all day hunts.
It doesn’t count for anything, but I dropped a hammer for WV hill country this week. 126 6/8. First 10 point in 29 years killed at the camp I attend. My year has been off the charts and I couldn’t ask for better. Just amazing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Right! I was wondering the same thing. I know Siman/OH and Kody both got bucks that aren't listed. Are all the does/extra bucks up?

So I have been out since opening day of archery on and off when I can. Probably went out now about 20 times or so. I mainly hunt the Chain O lakes in spring grove I have got nothing going on there saw one doe so far but she was with a fawnling and I didn't want to take the shot. I feel Northern IL hunting is getting pretty scarce. I did take a 6 point buck down in marion IL though. I am still going to continue to go out and hope for the best. If anyone has and good spots in the chain Let me know, and good luck to all.
Finally back in a tree. Been way too long. The deer found my food plot through the snow last night. Daylight picks too. Hoping the are hungry and come back tonight. Let’s see what happens. Hillview Hunt Club
