    Well bummer Jenna :(

    To my fellow team mates sorry I haven't been very active in the past few days between workin an my lil one it's been non stop. I was recently hired at a Kubota an heavy equipment dealer ship as a parts rep, an I have to say I love it! An I lucked out, my property I hunt is on the other side of where I got employed so I'm just a hop skip an a jump from one of my stands =]

    Looks like we have a front coming in tomorrow night. I wish I could get out tonight/tomorrow, but I think thats unlikely. Friday will have a NW wind, a favorite for on of my spots in the river bottom but still around 80. Sat, will be a NE wind but high of low 70s...I'm gonna have to think about where to go on Sat...

    Yesterday an today have been hott, like 90 degrees with high humidity. No deer movement thankfully season ain't in yet

    Well I pulled cards today. Nothing too exciting on there. Just a few does and a small buck. I did find a few nice fresh rubs right where I'm going to hang my stand! I'm jealous of those who are already hunting. Only another month and 10 days!

    Friday night the temp is suppose to drop to 39 with a high on Saturday in the upper 60s...BRING IT!!

    We got public land right down the road, but im 6 months preggo and hauling butt to the good areas of the place is too much on my girly legs lol and if i did shoot one....i would be screwed since my husband works super late and i cant obviously even try and drag a deer out alone. I managed to get a few more farms so even tho my chances are a little slimmer now, i do have a place to hunt again!

    Going camping this weekend during a big cold snap so hopefully it gets the deer on their feet. Tonight the front is moving in and a friend said i could hunt their 5 acres if i wanted so....things might turn out ok :)

    I've got her signed up for hunter ed in Oct. I'm going to take her out on Kids Day Nov.2. She still can't hunt with a bow, but she can shoot my muzzleloader.
