Checkin in from MD. The name and avatar look and sound good to me. I'll be hunting public land in MD, and OH and my family farm up in PA. I'm going to miss the first week in MD as I'll be on vacation in Europe. I've got most of my vaca scheduled in Nov anyway so it shouldn't be too big of a deal. Will also be heading out to wyoming in mid Oct to try and drop a few speed goats with my 7mm. Its my first trip out west and I'm going solo on public so I'm pretty pumped for that. Haven't gotten anything on cam over 100" but I'm going up to PA this wknd to pull three cams that have been soaking for a month so my fingers are crossed.
glad to see we have some active members on this team! ive been waiting all year for this, and was really hoping I wouldn't get on a team where nobody was ever on here. anyways, ill be hunting here in north central Missouri on a couple different pieces of private property, about 600 acres in all. got a decent hit list, including Maximus(12 point), JunkHead(15 or 16 point), and the Ghost. don't know what the ghost is this year. nobody has ever got him on camera yet.( hence the Ghost), but he was a giant last year with a huge drop tine. Saw him mid-June and he looked huge already from about 250 yards or so. here is Maximus and JunkHead

Looks like we've got just a couple of folks left to check in, and a team name with logo/avatar candidate on the table. Anybody interested in being the team captain? I know my time will be limited next week through about Thanksgiving -- I've got a new project starting and I hope to be in the woods in 2.5 weeks when my season starts and I'm not working. Not saying I won't be on the forum or this thread...hopefully it will be posting up a couple of decent pictures of me and some deer.
i know myself and fuz are on everyday. i wouldnt mind being captain and dont think fuz would either. but lets wait for other team members to sign in.
well, you get my vote. you seem capable and more than willing. that's what we need. looks like we have a decent team here. I wont promise a giant buck or anything, but I pretty much can guarantee a doe atleast...

I figure if everybody bags a doe, then we will only need what.... 4 or 5 bucks? does that sound right? I really suck at math.
