I'm going to hunt tomorrow evening then I am done, too. I'm wanting one more deer for jerky/ sausage so anything that comes by is in trouble.

Hunting tonight. Season closes Wednesday. I have late muzzleloader tag for any sex. Planning on having bow up first to hopefully get a doe and then use muzzleloader towards evening. Still have buck and doe tag for bow. Could be a fun hunt.

20180106_170852.jpg Saw 19 deer tonight. Had a doe at 20 yards and got busted trying to draw my bow. Season over for me with the bow. I'll have the shotgun out next weekend to try for a doe.

I’m done. Had a nice buck get to 200 yards. I don’t shoot my muzzleloader enough to take that shot.

    Good to meet everyone.

Hey guy sorry I have been MIA, I had finals week at school back in early December and then hit the woods hard with no luck until the 30th of December I shot another doe. It looks like guys did a pretty good job filling the freezer here!

Sitting in the blind this afternoon. Bad weather coming in, so I'm hoping they move before it gets here. Season ends Sunday. Was going to hunt tomorrow morning, but 19-25 mph winds have me thinking I'll stay home and do laundry lol

My season is over. I hunted this morning. Froze my butt off! Had 2 coyotes come in down field edge. Big male came to almost 6 yrds. Right behind a sapling! As he started to step towards me he looked up and spotted me. Off he went. So close! I watched them work through the crp and never jumped a deer. I waited another 45 minutes and couldn't take any more of the cold.
It's been fun gentlemen! Good luck in all you have going between now and next season

    Rob

Ohio’s season closes February 5th and I might sit 2 or 3 more times but I’m almost positive I won’t get a buck. Already have some dropping antlers on camera. It was a great season guys we did get some freezer filling done!
