That was a cold sit!! Felt like 17 with the wind. I grunted in a 2.5 year old 8 point from 200 yards and I couldn’t tell how big he was at the time so I was at full draw and he came 25 yards broadside but I decided not to shoot and I saw 2 does blow out of the wood across a field but never saw anything after that Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Good sit this morning. Another shooter. Everything I’m seeing is locked down with does. Tried rattling. Eventually got real aggressive and tried stalking him. Got to 52 yards. He wasn’t real spooky, but stood up to see what I️ was. Couldn’t get any closer. 12 degrees this morning. My toes and fingers were burning when I️ took that warm shower to warm up. sitting here windy as hell right now and so cold my snot is frozen in my nose, haven't seen anything besides a Doe fawn an hour ago I hope the morning is more productive but still have 45 minutes to go yet.
Got within 28 yards of a great buck this morning. Little too far for this guy. I like em closer. 7th encounter with a mature buck on public land....missed one, no other arrows launched. Back at it tomorrow.

Im back at it in the morning. Deer have been running everywhere, including this guy who about ended up on the hood of my car. Had to stop and wait for him to cross the highway this morning.
