Nice work on doe! We bumped buck after waiting an hour. If he hit where he said it did. It should have double lunged him. Not sure if arrow deflected and only caught one lung. Waiting to go back. My dad is bringing mule over to search the crp where he ran. He didn’t move far from where he bedded and jumped up. Stared at us for a few minutes. Actually walked towards us. Then ran off 50-100 yards. Stopped and continued to crp field. We were looking for blood from where he bedded for about half an hour when he finally got up. Only 50-60 yards away from the bed.

Any suggestions are welcome. I know it didn’t pass through opposite side. Blood trail was easy to follow and bright red. One lung for sure.

It’s a soaker here today and about 65 degrees. They’re calling for tornado warnings so I’m gonna pass on the evening hunt lol. Saw 2 doe and a small buck yesterday evening. Supposed to bring a cold front with this storm so this week looks good

About 40 and breezy here in Indiana this morning. Hard storms all day yesterday so hopefully they're moving today. Good luck!

Never mind... had a tire blow on the way to work so I’ll be spending $200 instead of shooting a big buck

Just shot a doe she was about 30 yards unfortunately she dropped probably 8 inches and I had her high in a little bit back going to give it some time and see if I can’t see the blood trail unfortunately the arrow stuck in her…

Hopefully I used up all the bad luck for our team when I lost my buck and you find her!

Well I gave it a couple hours while doing so I reviewed the footage. at first when I shot I thought she had ducked it completely but going back and reviewing the footage I just barely got her.. she had to have dropped over a foot down the hill I hit her high and back in the ham but it was so high I don’t think I even hardly wounded her.. No blood no Aaron.. I pray she is OK I guess that’s just the chances you take when shooting are you farther shot. Good experience/lesson
