I think that will be my late season plan because after the rut the woods behind the house goes dead.

I'm a union firefighter. Been in Norwich for 7 years. I've actually in the process of shifting cities and going to New Haven, CT. Quite a bit bigger and busier, better for someone who can't sit still.

As a college kid I'm a farm hand for the orchard next to my house and a first mate on a taxi boat. But that's only when I'm home and not hunting

Well guys I went out to a spot I haven't scouted yet and saw 5 deer and a coyote in 20 min.. and my new #3 hit lister. A big 6 point in the 120s.. I'm going to hang a trail cam and work on stands tomorrow there so I'll keep you updated on what I see!

This deer is massive, even at 100 something yards away I had to clean my binoculars a few times just an absolute stud, if he makes it through this year he will be a complete monster next year

This is my #2 buck I'm after. He comes out almost every evening in daylight and is 25 yards away from my stand in all these pictures. Should he stay on that schedule he will be in trouble opening weekend. I also have an 11 point that I don't have a pic saved of right now but so far he is my #1. And I haven't checked my cams at my honey hole where I got my buck last year yet so I'm really excited to see what's on that property [IMG][IMG][IMG]

Those are some studs! This deer is the oldest on the property and the biggest I have ever seen I know he is at least four so hopefully I can catch up to him soon![IMG][IMG]
