    Had 4 doe come in, needed one to another step and she turns around and walks in some thicket.. then 20 min later she blows and they all take off. I can already tell how this season is gonna go

    I can remember some seasons where I hunted 2 weeks without seeing a deer. The season is young!

    Been hunting about every other day since opener but the winds been all wrong for my sets so I haven't seen anything. Was out this morning until the rain chased me out of the woods. Wind is supposed to change back to normal NW direction Tuesday so that's when I'll head back out again. Good luck guys.

    I would back off. If you feel like you had a bad shot you only have one lung. I would back off for a couple more hours

    Lost blood. One spot looked like a clot dropped off then couple more spots then nothing. 3 of us made circles out about 100 yards. At truck waiting on my buddy now
