Next Sunday I'll be in the tree stand hoping to get a doe down. Hunting out west without my bow was harder than I thought. Also makes me appreciate how much I can do at a younger age than my dad. He gets around fine, but just doesn't want to hunt too hard. He walked 2 miles everyday before this trip. Good luck to everyone out there. Once season starts I'll be updating all the time. Did a final check yesterday to make sure stands were still there and safe. Hung a camera on an old logging road behind my house. My 9 year old daughter is sitting with me in the ground blind for the opener Sunday morning....I think she's more excited than I am

I watched this series this morning from DIY_Sportsman on YouTube. I've watched a lot of his other videos and I really like his style and he's very innovative. The filming series was pretty informative and it made me want to invest in a camera and start filming.
my buddy checked my trail cam I threw behind his house last week that I’ll be hunting with him opening morning because there is a bunch of does there, and we finally got out first set of antlers on it.
