Hey guys.. sorry about being behind on the avatar. A lot of stuff going on around the house the last few days, truck getting flat bedded off my driveway and roofing the house got moved to this friday so I have been getting ready for that, all the guns and air compressors had a lot of dust on them! my season starts the 15th. Im getting pretty jacked up about it, getting new strings on the bow over the weekend and plan on sighting it in on monday and shooting a few arrows each night and wait for saturday morning to roll around!
Our early antlerless season is 22/23 then I’m heading for the Ohio opener the weekend after. I’m pumped!!
it does start the 15th (Antlerless only though) but in 3 WMU's that I don't hunt in Pa....but statewide it open the 29th and that's Antlered or Antlerless as well !!!!
Game on this weekend here in KY ! Cold front coming in so we will see what happens ! I hope my shooter bucks show back up soon !

Well guys they did come back last night on camera and tonight while I was there. Had a buck we call the wide 9 at 18 yards for about 10 minutes he was hard quartering away and light was fading fast I really wanted to but just couldn't take the shot knowing also there is a magnum storm coming our way. Hope they come back tomorrow night as the 3 bucks with him weren't any slouches either. Here is the wide 9 with those short tines he wont score real well but I would be tickled to get him and velvet would be the icing on the cake !

Hey guys. Good to be in the group. Sorry we were baseballing this weekend. Didn't have a chance to get on here much. I'm from MS. I live just outside of Yazoo City. Which is in the rolling hills just before you get to the flat delta. I live on about 100 acres of family land which is where my wife and I (and sometimes kids) hunt. Along with my wife's brother we are trying to turn it into a good deer habitat. It's not alot but we like it. Been hunting for a while but just got into bow Hunting last year and now I'm pretty much hooked. Should have started a long time ago. Look forward to getting to know everybody. Really like the avatar too.
