That’s what I think too but my buddy for some reason is arguing that he’s older and wants to shoot him lol

I’m not that great at guessing, but he sure looks 2 or 3 to me. Nice buck though

We have until Jan. 1 here. Might only get out a couple of times. Planning on this Saturday morning. I’ll carry the bow and my son will have the muzzleloader.

Heading down south this weekend for the extra 2 days of shotgun season with some buddies, still have a buck tag so hopefully I can connect with a decent one! After Christmas I’ll re-group and start running trail cams and see if I can’t pattern a late season bruiser

Still trying to find a late season bow buck to go after, but a bit worried as bucks are beginning to drop statewide. Have one 11 point in northern Wisconsin that goes maybe 170 that I would love to pursue, but would hate to make the trip to see a bunch of baldies. Have to convince the wife on that one lol. Otherwise I ended up taking three does off my land through gun season and the doe hunt so hopefully that helps reduce the crazy amount of does on the property.

Ended up shooting a doe yesterday with my slug gun during the late firearm doe season here. We have until the first on January here. I still have 2 buck tags but not sure if I’ll be able to get out much. I saw a lot of buck sign in the bedding area I had to drag the doe through. Might try to set up on that. Or at least plan something for next year

Hope everyone had a great Christmas! Just checked a camera and have a new wide buck showing up at literally last legal shooting light the last 2 days... I’m going to make a move on him tonight. He won’t score much but I’m running out of time [IMG]

Well guys he isn’t the biggest buck, actually he would have been a stud in a few years but he came in with 3 minutes of legal light and gave me a broadside shot at 19 yards out of my ground blind and with it being this late in the season and muzzleloader coming up next week which I won’t be able to get out for... I decided to lay the smackdown. Ended my 3 year drought without a buck. I only had 1 picture of him all year and I couldn’t even tell what he was from the picture. Double lunged him and he ran 50 yards and piled up within seconds. I’ll have to try and remember how to score a buck lol and get some pics with my bow before I cut him up. Should make for a cool euro mount! [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

I’m not sure he will even gross 95” lol but it’s still better than 50 points.

Nice Buck Andrew! Don't sell yourself short. It's not all about the size. You ended a 3 year drought, you have hunted hard this season and it finally all came together. I usually hunt 8-10 times a year which does not provide a lot of shot opportunities. I would have shot that buck any day. Congrats again.
