    Idont even want to know what the wind chill here is! He only bought me one so i don't have to beg for his come rifle season!! You know how us gals can be...big blinky doe eyes & pleeeeeease?? Lol. Love this thing! A bit cumbersome to get up the tree & into but totally worth it!

    I was so thankful for that heater body suit last night! I would have froze my butt off! Had an encounter with an 8-pointer last night right at dark appeared to have more mass than the buck I took! Just huge! one of the few times I was wishing Wisconsin was a two bucks state!

    Tell you what guys, I've been hunting for a very long time. This is one of the first years that I have seen so many Bucks it's ridiculous. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining I am just in absolute awe and amazement

    For me it's biggest bucks I've had on camera but fewest buck sightings while hunting.

    I'm back home. Got back about 330 am Monday morning. We had a great weekend camping. Went out last night. Had small basket 6 and 3 does come out. At work now. Get off at 230, so going to run home shower and head out. Storms Wed all day. Gun season starts Sat. Cold front coming this weekend, so should be nice. Hopefully can bag a buck before Sat and patterns get changed. Both sides of me got pics of 10 point on their cams so they gunning for him. Bucks finally starting to chase so it's getting interesting. Not full rut yet though

    Its getting good finally! My water "source" has frozen & the deer has eaten most of the ice chips now... trying to talk the other half into helping me take some water out to fill it...especially now that bucks are starting to chase!

    Still hoping for a buck but i'll be shooting the first nice doe I see. My wife and dad ate their tags for slug season so the pressure is on me now.
