    Got in the stand yesterday morning.

    Saw a couple does again that I could have easily had a shot at. Also two coyotes that didn't get close enough but really wanted to shoot one of them. Really bright orange coat.

    Tonight after the Vikings game I'm headed to a new stand that I put up this year. Had one shooter buck on camera this past Thursday that came through at 6pm. Didn't recognize him so I think he's new. Other than that cameras are really slow.

    Well guys took a chance with 25 mph wind gust. I just dropped my 1st bow deer. Got a doe at 12 yards. She dropped in 50 yards. She's down and can see her but going to give a bit. I will get pics soon

    Congrats, Josh! Way to get it done!!! The first of many!

    I had a wedding Saturday so only hunted yesterday and we had high winds as well, unfortunately it was the first sit of mine this year that I was skunked on! Temps are finally starting to drop, hopefully they stay that way and things start to heat up soon!

    Well I got her all butchered down. Cut some roast, steaks, strips for jerky, and ground the rest. Got back straps marinating to smoke tomorrow and jerky is curing. I'm off work Wednesday so if wife and kids are feeling better I'm going out. Morning supposed to be 39. So should be moving.
