    Well I'm back home went down to Alabama for the weekend and got back yesterday. Nasty day today, going to try tomorrow if weather holds out. Cold front isn't coming now, so will still be warm.

    Two mornings in a row now where temps were 28° when I woke up. Really hoping to make it out tonight but there's a chance we're going to start hauling manure again if it dries out enough throughout the day.

    Was planning on going out this morning but yesterday got feeling rough. Went to doctor this morning got strep and a cold. Just sucks since got the week off for fall break and has been to wet to finish up to harvest crops. Might try this evening if can get cough under control, if not will hopefully be better tomorrow.

    Luckily it's either sex at least. That's why a lot of years I strike out because I don't want to shoot a doe until I absolutely have to.

    Man im bummed right now....i had planned to leave work early to sit out the afternoon. Ended up not getting out of the office as early as intended & didnt want to push anything off the food plot so didnt go out. Checked the trail cam and found this pic from this evening.....this was one of the hit listers...i know i know, seasons early yet but all the same....maybe theres something else in store for me? Sigh....[​IMG]

    Well I'm starting to feel better but can't shake cough. The bad thing is my 3 year old woke up feeling bad. Took him to doctor and he has strep and cold. So I guess we are going to be passing around for awhile. Hopefully my wife and the baby don't get it. It sucks being sick but even more when your kiddos get sick and there's nothing you can do to fix
