Yeah we got all hay fields mowed and baled last 2 weekends. Started on corn this week then to beans. Hopefully we can be done by next weekend. I will be in stand Sunday for opener though Roll Tide Roll

Had a good set this morning for the opener. Seen 5 does and 3 yearlings. Probably should have popped a doe for freezer but was early so wanted to see if something else would come out Roll Tide Roll
Was great to be back in the woods today. Didn't shoot at anything but had a good morning and evening hunt. Seen 5 more does this afternoon. Only came into 42 yards. Roll Tide Roll

well guys first sit of the season was excellent to say the least. I shot two bucks! now for the bad part. both questionable hits, backed out on both tracks till morning. finger crossed tomorrow I will be posting some pics of success!
Good luck on the track, keep us posted!!! Had a nice opening day also! Felt great to be in a stand! Saw two young bucks in the morning and 5 does. Then 3 more doe in the afternoon, came to full draw on a momma doe that evening 3 times, but couldn't let it go on her. She had her fawn with her and although she was able to be on her own I just couldn't bring myself to do it.
Fellas he found one of the two. Dog even couldn't locate the 2nd one. He is most likely exhausted from the track as he is not one to just give up a search. Sounds like shoulder impact most likely on the second one...the one he did find is a dandy, but I'll let him share it here first!
