    Good luck! Ours opens Friday as well. Dove is about the only thing I don't/haven't hunted. Early goose opens here Saturday so i'll be doing that but not happy with what I've got so far whatsoever.

    Ok team just got notification we can ask for an alternate starting today. Problem is once we ask for an alternate JWD is off our team even if he checks in prior to an alternate being assigned. I say we give him through this weekend to check in yet. Thoughts?

    Checked my trail cams today...accidently set one to video which ended up revealing some deer intell on a licking branch! My stud group was back in the mix hot & heavy august 21-23 & back to sporadic again but its like every couple days. Ill take that! All in all, id say the food plot is doing its job! Plus it rained enough i had a natural void fill in qith rain water! Woohoo![​IMG]

    Goose hunted all weekend and shot a few but nothing to brag about. Deer season is getting closer here but likely wont be out opening weekend because we are castrating calves.

    "Cold" morning here in MN which gets a guy pretty amped for the season to start.

    I vote Junior as captain and Hard Nock Life for our team name.
