Not sure but guessing about once a week, should be anytime, i know Fitz has been hunting hard!

 

I couldn't resist anymore fellas. Only one more day of vacation left.. and I need some jerky!!


Went all of 15 yards and piled up. Big holes... blood bath... Rage!!

I only seen a few doe this weekend kinda slow i just cant get on them this fall, hopefully my luck will turn around.

The snow is coming... and I'll be at work. Sheesh!!! lol.. This is it for my vacation days guys. I'll be busted down to weekends only from here out. I actually did see a NICE 12 pointer cruising around 10am today... right into my set! But at 19 yards, he locked up, right behind some brush. He wouldn't take those last 2 steps. He eventually swung away from me, but I called him back with a few light grunts... only to have him hang up in some more brush on the other side of my tree, 15 yards this time. Then he meandered on his way, the opposite direction.... curse my luck! But hey, it was the first big buck close encounter I've had this season... and a step in the right direction.

Good luck out there Ferg, Darin and whoever else is lucky enough to take advantage of this cold front!!

 

Quiet rainy morning for me. Home warming up having some lunch. Rain has turned to alot of snow now. Hope to get back out in a bit!

Well guys my vacation was a bust
Didn't see anything this morning not sure what is going on all my big boys are still very active at night on the cameras
I'll be back in the stand on Friday and Saturday see what happens
Good Luck to everyone this week and can't wait to see updated scorecard we should be creeping up the board

Keep after it guys when you can, this front is gonna blow it up! Austin, holy crap, that's a dam nice Buck! congrats to your Dad! Im stuck doing things at home to finish out my vacation till the 19 th. I would rather be hunting! Might try some Bow yote hunting in a couple days!

Woke this morning to find a few inches of water in my basement so didnt make it out. Looking at the scoreboard after Fitz gets it updated I think we will be in 5th place! Great job guys keep it up!
