Hey guys, I was noticing that all the does I have seen so far from the tree and on camera all summer didn't have fawns. I think of the couple dozen does I have seen, only 1 had a fawn. Is anyone else seeing this in your part of the country? I wonder if it has to do with the drought we have been suffering here in the Midwest for the last couple of years. A lot of the does have looked pretty skinny too. Just wondering what your observations were. Going out again tonight, good luck to everyone!
Well I will be back out this weekend. I am hoping to make it over to the lease on Saturday if the weather holds out. If not I think I am going to spend Saturday morning in a ground blind with a buddy of mine till the rain passes then I will be back at the local farm and all day Sunday!
Opening morning I had doe and fawn pass bybut later that day in same spot a buddy had a doe pass by without a fawn. Sent from my BNTV600 using Tapatalk now Free

Cooler temps in the morn, goin if its not pouring! Bad storm on way again!
Alright they are calling for rain in the morning still so we are going to sleep in then get out early in the afternoon for a long sit till after dark! Was out this morning for a few hours but didn't see anything hope that changes tomorrow when I go to a different spot where I got that big 8 on film a month or so back!
