This is a property right down the road from my house that I have been trying to get access to for 3 years now. The land owner is not a fan of killing the deer but she is starting to realize that the Illinois DNR is coming out and taking out several each year with a sharp shooter and letting the meat go to waste. Hopefully she will let me hunt it soon! I drive by it almost everyday and usually try to stop and film if I see deer in the field!

I live in Ohio, so sky's the limit! I always get my nannies, so 50 is a given. I ate my buck tag last year, but killed a decent one the year prior.. so I figure I'm due

I hunt a combination of public & private land in central and south-east Ohio. This summer has been mayhem, so I have no pics to post. I just hung 2 cams last Sunday, so hopefully I'll have an idea soon. My land-owner on the nearest property called to report "a 12 point pig" last week... he doesn't hunt, but knows his deer. This excites me! I'll be working like a mad-man for most of October, but have the first week of November off.

New guys: You'll be surprised at how well you can keep in the hunt when everyone knocks down a doe! That's 500 points, alone. If about half of us can connect on bucks, we could very well dethrone the chumps... errr champs!
But whatever happens, keep this in mind: it's a lot of fun to compete in and win these contests, but DO NOT let this thing put excess pressure on you and your season. Don't kill a buck that you're going to regret, for the sake of the team. Make yourself happy first, team comes second! Got it??

And PLEASE, for the love all things sacred and holy... take AT LEAST TWO PICS that clearly show yourself, your deer and your bow. I see this particular rule eliminate a lot of points every season!

Team 20 has some serious potential!
