    You're rockin', SH!

I can't wait to start finding some... I'd like to end up with at least four or five good sheds to help decorate a piece of furniture I'll be putting my big plasma on when the time's right. :)

I remember hearing about those sheds! You only own one correct? That is one stud! Do you know if he survived this year?

I had the last week off, and managed to get out in the woods for a little over 25 miles put in, and managed to stumble upon 1 shed during that time. Seeing lots of bucks with full racks, but starting to see lots of really BIG does also, so I gotta imagine they are starting to drop, just haven't been able to figure out where they are at right now.

The shed I did find, couldn't be more than 3 days old, was through there on Saturday, and found it on Tuesday.

The horn itself isn't all that big if you put a tape to it, but I am pretty confident this is at least a 4 year old buck, I have the sheds for this buck for the previous two years, figuring we have him at a minimum of a 2 year old, but an argument could be made for him being a 3 year old.

In that time, at least on the left antler, all he has done is put on mass, everything else has remained pretty constant.

    Here are the pictures......

Figuring small hands will make it look bigger :D

After 15+ hours over the past week, and one horn to show (and a sore knee) I went out this afternoon and within the first 15 minutes I found a matched set, and less than 10 minutes of the set, I found another half of a nice 3 year old 10 pointer.

No history on the solo shed, but the matched set, I had multiple encounters with the matched set buck last year. He has a nice hitch in his giddy-up, his back left knee is twice the size as normal, and he hobbles around while walking, but if he is on a doe, you can't tell there is a problem.
