I’m out at my buddy’s farm, I posted in the LFTS thread. I’m hunting inside the woods 30 yds off a Freshly cut hay field, looking for a doe but there are a bunch of good bucks running around.

 

Two more work weeks and the opener is on a Sunday. I’m pretty sure I’m going to go out on opening day for the first time in years.

Didn’t make it out tonight, hoping to get out tom evening and take a doe. Depending on what time I get home from work I may go after a big 8 I have on cam.

 

I'll be heading out for an evening hunt tomorrow. Saturday is going to be a complete washout.

 

Just got done with work, going to kill stuff and get us on the board !!

Not sure if I can make it out this afternoon...my wife is laying a guilt trip on me to go out to dinner with another couple. Might have to go so I don't have to do this crap later in the season.

Change of plans, the other couple backed out. Jeep is packed and I'm stopping in at mom and dads before I go hunt this afternoon. I'm hoping for a bloody evening!

Passed up a pretty nice buck last week. May regret it. Congratulations on the doe. I may try to shoot a doe next week.

Yep that’s definitely a nice buck, season is young! Plenty of time I know you’ll stick a big one.
