Nice job! Just a reminder, make sure you have two pictures of you, your bow and the deer.

good job kgtech!! I'll finally get a chance to break the bow out tomorrow for the first time. Between the wrong wind and work I haven't been able to hunt. Hoping to add some points tomorrow to the board.

Good job kgtech. I saw your post in the scorecard. Do you have a 2nd pic of you, your bow, and the deer?

We are allowed to enter 2 deer. The first antlered buck you kill and then a 2nd deer for 50 points. Or you can shoot an antlerless deer first followed by a buck.

Wind is prefect this afternoon to hunt one of my stands. I had over 1400 pictures off my camera last week. I have 940 hrs sick leave and I'm feeling one coming on.

Might do some filming for a buddy the next couple weeks. Then taking the kids for early ML. I'll be back out with the bow by Halloween though.

Congrats to those that have put one on the ground ! I haven't been out yet but plan on heading out Saturday morning. Have quite a few does and a few bucks using my new food plot. Nothing big on cam yet but there is still plenty of corn standing around me. Good luck

Had a doe yesterday evening with 2 spotted fawn at 20 yards. I was tempted to shoot her but the babies still seemed a little to small, but did get some good film of them.

I don't blame you. I don't shoot does when their fawns are still small.

Yea it was my 2nd hunt of the season and I knew they had a big old doe in the area without little ones I was waiting on her to show up. Which there was a deer blowing off in the hardwoods which was probably her haha but never showed up where I could see for certain but it didn't scare the 3 I was watching they kept on eating the grass. If the babies were out of spots and were in the 70lbs range the momma would be in the freezer lol

went today with son. he saw 3 bucks from my stand ( doe shoot on Monday) 68 yrds away in the field and 2 other in the pines ( spike & fork horn) trees. I saw a ground pig and 4 turkeys from his stand. all in all it was a great day to be in the woods with my son!

Congrats to those of you getting deer.
Its been rough for me so far this year, had a doe and her doe fawn at 27 yards a few days ago ... only problem was I was still climbing the tree and the bow was still on the ground URGHHHHHHH. Then a few mornings ago shot at a doe and my arrow clipped a twig and I watched the arrow deflect right over her back. I went out yesterday and sweated way to much it was so hot if I had had shorts with me I would have hunted in them. I might get back out on monday.
Best of luck to all of ya :tu:

Doe, doe and more doe......................guess I should just bust a doe out as a freezer filler and quit waiting on one of my target bucks until later
