What does everybody do for a living?

I work in forestry, chasing invasive beetles. I pretty much just walk around in the woods all day looking for sheds. We can't work when the trees are wet or snow covered, so I should get a few random weekdays to sneak out and hunt. Today we went in for almost an hour and then got rained out...gotta love it!

I do logistics for an Amish cabinet company. I arrange shipments for truckloads of cabinets to our distributors. I don't have set hours so i take advantage of the flexibility during hunting season. I also do some outdoor writing. Before that i did HVAC work for 8 years and worked in the hunting industry.

I haven't uploaded cameras in awhile. Here are a few of the ones I'm eyeing up. But I do have a big boy on a different camera. These are all from early July. So they should have grown some.

As for a job, I'm an all around person in a doctors office. I do all the front desk, medical billing, and then fill in the clinical side when necessary.

I set up a GroupMe account. It was brought up before. It appears that is just texting in a group. If you would like to be added, please feel free to send me your Email or Phone Number (via PM, I don't trust all internet people!). I downloaded the application on my phone, but they also have a website. Once you sign up, I'll add you - if you'd like.

Sounds like a fun job. What do you do when you find the beetles?

boonerville that sounds like a cool job too. I did HVAC work back in the early 90's, I don't miss crawling around under houses in Alabama.

I am an engineer for a major airline at Pittsburgh airport. I spend my days at a computer but sometimes get to go out to the hangar and see an actual part or plane not just the electronic version of it :) . I am working 4-10's right now, I hope that continues as I the extra day off a week to hunt would be much appreciated.

Welcome back! Are we allowed to ask how the hunt went or is it a BHoD secret?

I bailed out a couple hours earlier today. I made two real quick based on the style from #3 since it seems more folks liked it and using the font PinkPony found. I did two versions, one with dripping off antlers, one without.

So suggestions? Do we want "Team 2" on there? I will say I tried and do not like it looks with this current font, too old school horror film LOL.

Bummer I couldn't find the same one. But I like the second one.

This is my first year in it, so I am not sure if it is suggested to have the number in it - or if it doesn't matter.

Right now we are cutting down infested trees. When the perimeter of the quarantine zone is established, we can start treating healthy trees with an insecticide. It's not a bad gig at all...

Go Stillers! Even the pot smoking running backs.

I can make it but it will take some time. I found a plain font the same style. I would have to add all the drips, splashes, etc., and I was being lazy LOL.

I like #1 (better blood trail), but #2 would work also. I don't think the team number is required and it looks clean without it. What does everybody else think?

Do we want an avatar or signature pic?

I stopped being lazy and just made this one based on the original one airenlow posted and I put antlers on. Staggered that way was the only to do it really without re-making the entire thing and I am not up to that task :) .

Hey everyone! Sorry, I've been gone since the 19th to a native tall grass prairie range school in the KS flint hills. Hardly any internet access and my phone wasn't worth a spit there either. Dang, I missed a lot of activity while I was gone! I finally got caught up.

Coop, I love that last design! I'd like to see a team 2 on there somewhere, maybe centered above of below.

I harvested several deer last year. Two bucks, one grossed 148 (14 points) the other grossed 128 (nine points). One MO and one KS. Took 3 does...
My team contribution was 198 so I just barely missed the 200 club...

I've got quite a few I'm watching for this year, nothing giant and freakish but nice. KS and MO both start on Sept. 15th.

As far as occupation, I run a small construction business (soil and water conservation) and I farm 700'ish acres and manage a total of about 2800 acres for wildlife, crop, graze, etc..

After this I am retired LOL. I know the font for Team is different but that is a lot of working making that other one so I just picked one from earlier examples.
