For adjusting the rest, go opposite of the arrow. If it's shooting left move the rest slightly to the right.

For adjusting the sight, follow the arrow. If it's shooting left, move the sight left.

You can do it, we have faith in you lol.

I picked up new boots, another bow holder, a hat, hunting license and tags...I'm ready for season!

Thanks for the reminder. I need some boots. What kind did you get?

I tried to wear my un-insulated UA HAW rubber boots all last season and in the 30's and below even with those hand/toe warmers my feet froze. I can't decide between 800g or 1200g though. I get cold feet easily with the nerve damage from two back surgeries.

LaCrosse AeroHeads. I've only ever worn leather hunting boots, so this will take some getting used to. I have 2000 gram pac boots (for work) that I can wear on very cold sits.

What broadhead is everybody shooting? I'm a Muzzy guy, but will be trying Killzones this season.

I was looking at boots the other day but put off ordering any. I was also looking at the Lacrosse boots. I figured I needed some camera supplies worse, lol.

I shoot NAP Hellrazor fixed blades only for me. I hammered three deer, a bobcat and a coon with them last year and had great performance out of them.

I shot Muzzy 3 blade 100gr for over 10 years. Last fall I switched to QAD Exodus 100gr and really like them. The only mechanicals I shoot are Gobbler Getters for turkey. I just prefer fixed blades for big game.

Hope everyone doesn't mind, I made a banner for the signature. Got a little bored this evening, but thought maybe the name in it would look good.

If anyone else would like it, here is the image.

Just bumping us off the second page, lol.

Did some more broadhead tuning last night, ruined one of my niece approved arrows:

I had a frustrating evening. I checked one if my cameras that i have had in an awesome area for 3 weeks....only to discover the camera malfunctioned and had not been writing any of the pictures to my sd card......i called the company and they sent me a firmware update via email. I installed it and put the camera out side my office this morning to see if it worked

I am home sick today and finally got a chance to watch the last episode. Sorry about the bad luck but way to hang in there and fill your tag man. Your dad shot a beauty too.

Finally got a chance to shoot some broadheads in the backyard. Muzzys are 3-4" left at 20. Testing the Killzones tomorrow...

Sounds like your rest needs slightly moved to the right. Even if the Killzones hit right on I would still broadhead tune that bow. Fixed blades are great in that they reveal even slight imperfections in setup.

I worked in an archery shop from 7-17, so I can figure most stuff out...it just takes a little refreshing at this point. A lot changed in the 10 years I was out of the sport, but the basics are still pretty similar.
