Team 2 Bows and Does

Checked a couple cameras yesterday. Had a couple bucks that are borderline shooters. Here’s one that intrigues me a little.

 

I have only one target deer I have been after for 2 years only comes around following does during the rut. He was a 11 pt typical first year but last year blew into a giant, fingers crossed

 

Would like to see that one this year! With you in the pic behind him!

I went and shot the Elite HNTR 33 yesterday, man Elites always feel so good to me.
Sadly I'm poor so I'm still shooting my 2014 bowtech

My "hunting fishing funds" is currently getting saved up for an lowrance eagle eye 9 for ice fishing this winter.

 

I went ahead and replied that our team is all checked in. I put that I’m our captain unless something changes. I’ll be happy to let somebody else if they want.

I’d like some others to chime in if they are good with the team name and logo before we finalize it. Or if anybody has any other ideas I’m all ears.

 

I'm good with the name! Sorry, I've been away at our lake house since Friday. Back to work in the morning! Ugh!

Name is good with me. I've been busy with work and 2 kids in sports. Finally got my cameras up Monday. My spots don't get a lot of action until later in October so I won't be out much in the early season. I am taking my youngest during youth gun season in early October.

 

I'm good with the team name as well

 

Nice early little cold front here and cameras got 2 bucks this morning, as im not the pickiest guy in the world I would happily shoot the one given the opportunity

 

Team name works for me, hopefully everyone gets a big buck on opening day, can’t wait.

 

My current bow is an Elite Synergy that I bought in 2015. It shoots so nice and I'm good target shooting out to 60 yds but don't have any real kill opportunities outside of 50. It's kind of hard to think about buying a new one when my current set up works.

 

Season opened up here in Maryland today. Can't get out today or tomorrow but I'll be in a tree Monday morning if everything goes right.

 

Best of luck to you when you get out. I don't have much longer. We've had decent weather recently. Looks like we are about to get some hot temps again right about the time season opens up. Go figure.

 

Season opens the 15th for me but the forecast is showing highs in the 80s and lows in the upper 50s
Well 50s is fine but it won't be 50s until after shooting hours so im probably waiting a bit

Chilly here this morning! Missouri season doesn't start until 9/15 and I usually don't start hunting until cold fronts start happening in October but this weather is giving me the itch!
