Oh boy what a night! My son dropped a bomb on the wife and I tonight at 9pm that he is going to live with his bio-mom that he has not seen since he was 5 in North Carolina. He just left a few minutes ago and I needed to vent so sorry to vent on you guys. I just had to say something or I was going to snap! I am ready to head to the stand on Friday! That will give me some peace that I need right now really bad! I went for a ride tonight at dusk and saw my nice 8 point walking the edge of the last standing corn about 200 yards from my stand. Hope he goes into my stand friday night! Here is a pic of him I got a while back!

Dawg sorry to hear about everything. I'm sure things will work themselves out. Me being from a divorced family I know how things get tough. Just hang in there and get out hunting when you can to keep your mind at ease. Good luck on your next hunt.

Thanks U2! I will be out in the woods tomorrow after work for some peace time and some talking to the man above! We will try to make it all work out the best that it can. Emotions running high and hope they keep running high on a different subject and calm on other. Wife talking to him now on phone and he never called to say he made it safe. I am tough skinned but it is hard. We will all make it through with the help of family and friends like you all. Thanks! MowBow it is on tomorrow buddy! I will have my phone so ring me up!

Sorry to hear about your troubles Dawg. That would be very rough to deal with. Hopefully hunting will bring good things your way to help eased the pain a bit.

Dropped a button buck today for a metro control hunt. Does that give us 50 more points. Don't have time to post pics right now headed back out at 4 am for another doe.
