We have one of his sheds from last year. We missed it though and the farmer found it. I got a text from him saying I missed one. He was a real nice guy and gave it to us. Does that count ?? LOL Tim
Post a picture of it on here. I would like to see the shed. I am almost more excited anymore to shed hunt rather than hunt itself. I think it is due to my daughter enjoying shed hunting with me. She wants to go hunting so I am putting up a buddy stand this Wednesday and can not wait to see how she does in the stand. I think I am more excited about that than anything right now. LOL

Well, if the predicted wind direction for Wednesday holds true (opening day), it's perfect for my best early season spot. This is the spot I've been getting all the buck pictures in the evening. I brushed a blind in there a little over a week ago so the deer should be used to it by now. I dunno, but I've got a good feeling.

Well, I just got done talking to the hunter south of me when he told me of a GIANT 12 point running the timber! I guess the guy hunting south of him has him on trail camera and asked if I got him yet. The buck was traveling my way so now I can not wait to get to my trail cam to check it out. I am doing that tomorrow and going to hang another stand. The buddy stand that the daughter wants to hunt with me in is going to be hung! Hope to get some good pics. I am crossing my fingers! This might be the buck that I never saw last year that was a nice 12. The other hunter said that he has major mass so all the signs are falling together that this might be the same deer. I am not sure where he went last year then.

boiler room brawlers sounds good to me. I don't have alot of prospects here in maine, I have one small 6 on camera and that is it. I had my first sit tonight in the deer woods, our expanded zones are open now, have to wait til the 30th to hunt most of my spots. I am pretty much relying on my trip to Kansas this year for my chance at a good buck.
