Saturday is our northern zone opener, I'll be going up Friday to hang stands in my "50" point spot! Then back home for our southern zone opener on the first!! Good luck everyone!!!
Beautiful buck mylsuhat. I'll be in the tree in 8 days!!!! The bucks have been moving pretty good in day light this last week so hopefully they continue this trend.
haven't been since an unsuccesful sit Monday afternoon. I hope to be getting out to CT Friday afternoon.. Looking for a nice slick head to put in the freezer and throw us another 50 points.

We'll do our best, short AIT tomorrow but a full day sit Sunday should bring the meat to the table, going to have to set stands tonight in the dark Lol, however not the first time I've had to do this!
The official tape on my deer for score was 137". I was off a couple inches originally... i updated on the score sheet. he had great mass. My biggest bow buck ever... I shot one high 120s back in '10. low 120s '09. Have only taken 1 bigger with the smoke pole.
Well I went out last weekend and after breaking my chair twice, we saw two bull moose. One was 40 plus inches at 55.5 yards and the other was 60 plus inches at 143 yds. The first one was a bit out of my range and it was the first time hunting out of a ground blind. Now I know you need to be ready to shoot at all times as well to test your shoots out your windows so you know which window is your best shot. I will be going out on Sunday...I can't wait to test our my new LW Assault II Hang on Stand
