Good luck in the morning guys! Im going to get up and hunt until my son wakes up, then soccer, then try to get back out for an evening hunt. Those two bucks on my neighbors camera come through my property through another neighbors ( have permission) and up and over the ridge to his property. They bed behind my property. Ive almost hit the big one with my truck a few times in the p.m the last few weeks. Neighbor Jim and friend Matt are at the cabin for the weekend and have had a few nice bucks on cam even this evening. they were cooking steaks watching deer hit a feeder below the cabin.
Here are some of the bucks I’ll be chasing here in Minnesota.. Looks like we have a chance to put some real points on the board this year!!
I'm also working on hunting Iowa during shotgun season. There are some GIANTS on the farms I hunt down there!
Sat this morning and afternoon and nothing. Got some nice ones on camera but they all were no shows Sent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk

I managed to get in my first sit of the season here in WI last weekend (Saturday evening). I sat day 2 of a cold front (1st full day) as a storm blew through the night prior. I was sitting the inside corner of a larger bean field that has a staging buffer in front of it of beans/brassicas/clover as well as a small watering hole. I saw 15 including 3 bucks. The best buck fed around under me rotating back to the watering hole periodically for about 20 minutes. Numerous shot opportunities presented themselves between 5-35 yards. I ended up letting him walk just beside the tree I was in on out towards the beans. He was a solid 140 class deer.
