    Same here. I have a little patch of public across the road from my house that I plan to walk this week to scout for oaks and there is a small river that goes through and I know where they stop to drink so I just plan on going to trim a little for hang and hunts also I have to go check on my cranberry bog spot to see how high the river is there and if I need to drop a tree to get across off of the private that I have permission to cross

    There’s 6 of us that have permission to hunt 280 acres. We have to harvest 2 doe or we won’t be invited back next year.

    We can only hunt with bow from a treestand and the director has to know where our stands are so he can keep track of us. My first choice was too close to another hunter so I had to find another spot. We are allowed two stands. I now have two good spots. They are 1/2 mile from each other. I also have my old stand by where I've harvested a spike, 5 point, nine point and a doe.
    If most of us can get a buck and a doe that would give us at least 100 points. Thats my goal this year!

    Yeah everyone bagging a doe and buck is the only way we will come close to winning this. Everyone planning on taking a doe early?
