Yesterday was a pretty miserable opening day. It rained all day, dads crossbow broke, my body decided it hates me and I kept sneezing and snoting everywhere and didnt see a single deer. But I'm out here again today trying to put one down.

Well thus far Tuesday’s wind isn’t gonna be optimal for my sets so I’m gonna do some hunting on the other 100acres and see what’s lurking around. It’s hard to get to but interested in seeing what’s in that area. I’ll keep u posted

Our season opens tomorrow. I get to work though. Hopefully I’ll make it out Wednesday and Thursday. Got a little shooting in today.

I figured someone would have one down today! I can’t wait to get out there. Although I may have to wait until Monday due to this hot weather we have.

Well everyone I am back at work this morning but I did sit yesterday afternoon from around 1:30 to 5:30 but the wind shifted into where I expect they bed and the rain just started to downpour so I thought it best to slip out. Didnt see a thing but on the other side of the property I had scouted fresh acorns and sign on Sunday so my friend did a hang and hunt there yesterday morning and had a doe come into 15yds behind a pine tree and she winded him since the wind had started to swirl and another came in but was spooked by a lady walking her dogs around 8am. I will be back at it later this week, good luck and stay safe to anyone headed out

Well had my first sit yesterday morning, had to hunt a section of the farm I don’t prefer because of wind direction. Didn’t hunt that evening because I scoured that whole section and no buck sign and very little deer sign. I let this young doe go

The weather here lately has been eff'd up, for the last two weeks. I haven't invested into my AT tires for the truck, it sucks not getting in the woods.

First year I’ve missed the first few days of Bow season. Between the combination of hot weather and no shooters on camera. I’m waiting until a cool down on Monday. Got plenty of doe and like 6 spikes coming in though.

I had jury duty today and I have it tomorrow. Hopefully only a half day then I'll hit the woods in the evening.

Well checked that camera behind my work and some promising photos. I know there’s gotta be a giant back there but here some of the photos. Plus has anyone seen a coyote eat a mineral block before?
