Good luck out there! Do any of you guys have issues with lighted nocks impacting lowet than standard ones?

S0 from 30yds and out mine start hitting very low. Idk if its because I only draw 60# at 25.5in so its effected by that.

I dont know but you can see the arrow just drop hard right at 30. I take the nock off and its fine. Guess I will just use standard white nocks

Is your fletching and nock lined up correctly? Cuz when u switched your knocks and didn’t align your fletching they could be hitting the rest of Bow and pushing your arrows off

I thought they were lined up correctly, I lined it up the same way that I line up my standard nocks, but I can play with it. I mentioned it when I was at the range and someone said the difference in weight could account for the drop but I dont think they are heavy enough to cause that noticeable of a difference. I am talking like a foot low at 40. They seem to fly straight, with no corkscrewing or anything funky, just a hard nose dive at around 30yds. I can mess with it and see what happens, worst case I can just shoot standard nocks but I wanted to shoot a lighted nock since I am shooting Iron Will heads and they arent cheap lol

I just googled it and some people have experienced this too and say its because of the nock weight difference. Someone suggested weighing a standard nock vs a lighted nock, then taking a paper clip and cutting it small enough that you can add bits of it into a standard nock to get the weight up from the standard nock equal to that of the lighted one. My bow is dialed in and shooting well at 60 and 70 so I really dont think I am going to mess with anything

If you take 2 bbs and glue them in your standard nock it should be same weight

Yeah if just cut 6 beman ics hunter 340. After install inserts n nocks, I noticed a drop at 30yds also. I believe weight/fletch orientation plays a major factor. 60# 28in draw.

After Googling it, we seem to be experiencing a fairly common issue. I am going to try the bb trick and let you guys know how it goes
