I haven't active in the posting/season preps. I just lost my only aunt on my moms sister. My plans this weekend is to go get feeders/stands checked n prepped. If weather permits. Good luck to those who's seasons has started or days/weeks to come. 27days counting

Well hung 2 stands. Checked all cams and nothing to write home about. Mineral block is not on their agenda right now due to all the hickory nuts and acorns. It’s really hot today, said to heck with the 3rd stand. The heat is probably another reason deer aren’t active.

Put in two more food plots today. Also pulled some cards. Have one decent buck and a bunch of small ones. Hopefully a few good deer start showing up soon.

So kinda getting frustrated, so the 100 acres that my main focus is on and has been for years now has changed quite a bit. Neighbor clear cut a lot of timber so now it’s bedding and I have bedding literally almost 360 degrees now so deer movement has changed. The other 100 acres we have most of it was clear cut years ago so it’s basically thick saplings( also bedding lol). Where my stands are placed are in the mature hardwoods/food and water sources next to bedding areas.40 acres of the 100 are pines which most of the deer hang in. I just sometimes hate it when elements change the deer normal patterns from past lol

Well team I made it back from getting all set up in Missouri. We have 18 stand and blind locations ready to hunt, paths cleared and ready to kill some deer! As of now I plan on taking a week off before rifle season in early November in hopes of hitting the rut out there

I like the drop tine one but I would love for the one in the first pic with the stickers on the base to make a mistake and walk in front of me

Here's one of our Missouri guys. We got a bigger one on camera last week that's new and we haven't seen before but I didn't save it to my phone when I was out there. [IMG]
