Little about myself, Name is Darin, I work at a Fish Farm and work construction as an Operator on heavy machinery. I will be hunting ILL, MO and Kansas. Mainly ILL, season opens OCT.1..Cant wait..
Hey guys.... looking forward to getting to know everyone. I live in southern iowa and work at our local school district as the building and grounds supervisor. I hunt in Iowa and am going to Illinois for a couple weekends also. I usually hunt hard and typically arrow my deer in November. Hope to help the team by getting a dandy. Good luck and come on October 1st! Mark
OK, so you guys got the fat kid with glasses when it comes to bowhunting...sorry. But at least I have Brett (VA Shadow) to hunt with me. I'm a LtCol in the Marine Corps, so I'm personally not fat with glasses, but I am only in my second year of bow and deer hunting...so I still suck. I learned a LOT last year and during turkey season this year. So I am way better off then I was last year. Just getting my bow dialed back in, got it shooting tight at 20 so I need to get my 30 and 40 yrd pins set. I hunt in VA, mainly Quantico but I have picked up a few other places to hunt this year. 17 is the same day as my birthday, so maybe this will be lucky. Sean
Hey Team, Bpbowhunter checking in, looking forward to getting to know everyone. Will be hunting in PA, season starts Oct. 1st. Good luck to everyone! Brian
I'm here! When it comes to bowhunting whitetails, they've been kickin my tail. It just hasn't come together yet. I refuse to give up.
Guys we have a change with one of our teammates...madhunter was on two teams. OPEL, please add comescrashing to our team and delete madhunter. Thanks. Checking in here. I hunt at the same place Florida Marine does here in Virginia. I work at a juvenile lock-up facility and the only time I really feel free is in the woods! Sean, you are MUCH better off this year than last year and you will connect on at least two deer with your bow. I can feel it. You will have one down by mid-October.
sup fellas. name is nick. work as an electrician but work is real slow so that means more time in the field. i got some big bucks walking under my tree this year so i hope to help the cause. i also will be on a free trophy hunt in WV in november
djs06dc5 checking in.....names dan....hunt in western pa. season looks promising so far. handful of nice 8's and two pretty decent 10's....hopefully i can contribute. good luck to the rest of yall.
Only 2 more to go and we are a complete team.. Now we have to think of a name and a captain, thoughts????
Hunteropel, you can be our captain if that is good with everyone else. Any man that has arrowed a 190 inch plus buck can be my captain! hahahaha. Team names, let me get some coffee in me this morning and I will think up a few.
Yeah Darin, you get my vote for captain too. Good job on the avatars vs! I like Primal Roots but the others are pretty good too. I'll try to come up with a few also. I'm Waid. I work in an air separation plant in SE TX. I'll be hunting public land in E TX and a lease SW TX. I was hoping to get a mulie tag for my trip to CO in a couple weeks but it seems my money tree is stripped clean. I have however, been shooting really well lately and I've got the slicktricks flying true. Can't wait to get this season started!
You guys can pick whatever avatar you like! I am just putting out some ideas and will take NO offense if you choose something else.
checking in sorry for the late check in I didn't realize I made it on a team. Sean don't worry this is only my 2nd year bowhunting also. My name is Steven and I work as an elephant handler at the nashville zoo. I will be hunting mostly public land just south on Nashville and my grandma's property on the TN AL border. It probablly won't happen but I have reports of 180 - 190 inch buck on the property. I saw him once last year and moved my stand to his trail this year so maybe something can happen.
comescrashing---post up a topo map or aerial map of the property you are hunting and people on here can give you a hand on your stand locations.
